Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
• 3+ years experience in a financial services sales capacity with ability to lead and coach

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop assigned team through weekly coaching, one-on-one meetings, and performance plans.
• Develop and implement a business plan to achieve quarterly sales goals.
• Act as primary business development officer in the market, pursuing prospects and managing relationships.
• Collaborate with partners to capitalize on opportunities in the market.
• Utilize technology and CRM tools to identify client needs and provide solutions.
• Ensure compliance training and adherence to policies.
• Open/manage accounts and origination of loan applications.
• Educate clients on digital banking platforms.
• Demonstrate Five Star Bank service standards in all interactions.
