• Retail Banking experience preferred.
• One year of managerial or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to travel to training and a valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new customer relationships by greeting customers, scheduling leads, and outbound calling.
• Assume a leadership role, motivating and evaluating team member performance.
• Assist the team in branch operations including audits, security, and scheduling.
• Make sound decisions balancing risk, profitability, and customer satisfaction in each transaction.
• Count money accurately and use computer systems to access account information and process transactions.
