Job summary

Dollar Bank is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager I to participate in a comprehensive retail training program while working toward sales targets. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will coach team members and drive a consultative sales approach to strengthen customer relationships.

You will lead by example in branch operations, assist with audits, scheduling, risk management decisions, and staff development through one-on-one coaching and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1 year of demonstrated sales goals achievement preferred.
• Retail banking experience preferred.
• 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to travel to training and a valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new customer relationships by greeting customers, scheduling appointments, and outbound calling.
• Motivate and hold team members accountable; assist Branch Manager in evaluating performance.
• Assist in branch operations, audits, security, and scheduling; uphold risk management and profitability.
