Job summary

Dollar Bank is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead a sales-driven branch team and develop customer relationships. You will coach staff, participate in one-on-one coaching and ensure performance accountability, while supporting the Branch Manager in daily operations.

Role requires travel to multiple East Region branches and engagement in community events as needed. Travel reimbursement is provided after mileage threshold is met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with proven sales results; HS diploma with 5+ years sales achievement.
• Retail banking experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel to training and multiple branch locations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new customer relationships by greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and outbound calls.
• Motivate and hold team accountable, supporting Branch Manager in performance reviews.
• Assist with branch operations including audits, security, and scheduling.
• Make sound risk-aware decisions prioritizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Count money accurately and ensure arithmetic precision.
• Gain product knowledge through required training and adhere to guidelines.
