You bring 2–5 years of retail banking experience, plus leadership skills and a commitment to outstanding service. This on-site role supports growth and relationship-building in the local community.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of retail banking experience required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading the day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Coach, mentor, and develop branch employees to achieve service and performance goals.
• Foster a positive, customer-first culture focused on relationship building and exceptional service.
• Support business development through customer engagement and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with scheduling, performance management, and workflow coordination.
• Resolve customer concerns and support complex transactions.
• Partner with the Branch Manager to drive branch growth and performance.
