Job summary

Mass Bay Credit Union in South Boston is seeking a Branch Supervisor and Retail Trainer to lead daily branch operations and deliver exceptional member service. You will oversee teller transactions, account openings, staff development, coaching, and effective teamwork while upholding PICK US culture and confidentiality.

This full-time, in-person role reports to the Branch Manager and emphasizes training new employees during their first 60 days and beyond.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3+ years related experience; supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations and ensure quality member service.
• Oversee teller transactions, account openings, and adherence to policies.
• Coach and train staff, conduct performance reviews, and foster teamwork.
• Support branch manager in recruiting, scheduling, and supervision.
