Job summary

TruTeam, a leading energy-efficient insulation and building materials company, seeks a Branch Manager with entrepreneurial drive to lead operations with full P&L responsibility. You will oversee HR, quality, sales, billing, inventory, scheduling and collections, while guiding local teams to deliver results.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of progressive management experience (construction/installation/trades) and a preference for bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience (prefer construction/installation/trades).
• Full P&L experience.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a Branch Manager role with full P&L responsibility.
• Lead human resources, quality control, sales, billing/receivables, inventory, scheduling and collections.
• Provide on-the-job training and ensure safety and people-first leadership.
• Drive regional growth with low costs and high efficiency while maintaining compliance.
