Job summary

TruTeam in Livermore, CA is seeking a Branch Manager with a strong operations mindset to lead day-to-day activities and a multi-site team. You will oversee human resources, quality control, sales, billing, inventory, scheduling, and collections while maintaining safety and compliance.

A proven track record with P&L ownership and construction/trades experience is required, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred for regional operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience (prefer construction/installation/trades).
• Full P&L experience.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L responsibility and leadership of the branch operations.
• Manage Operations, Finance, Credit & Collections, HR, Health & Safety, Procurement and Sales & Marketing.
• Achieve operational goals/metrics and provide on-the-job training as needed.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibility as assigned.
