Job summary

TruTeam in Augusta, GA is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to help run the branch operations with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. The role covers P&L, HR, safety, inventory, scheduling and collections to deliver results and grow leadership opportunities.

Requirements include 4+ years of managerial experience and Full P&L exposure; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred and a valid driver's license is required. Travel up to 50% regionally may be involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience.
• Full P&L experience.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager in managing P&L and all operations.
• Oversee human resources, quality control, sales, billing/receivables, inventory, loading/unloading, scheduling and collections.
• Provide on-the-job training and develop operations performance.
• Lead teams to achieve safety, efficiency and cost targets; grow into higher roles.
• Travel regionally up to <50% as required.
