Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a branch leader outside Nashville responsible for full P&L ownership and growth. You will manage a team of field techs, coordinate large jobs with sister branches, build quotes, and nurture key accounts while ensuring quality and safety across projects.

The role requires NETA Level III/IV certification, 5+ years in electrical testing, and proven P&L experience. Travel up to 50% and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience are expected.

Qualifications

• NETA Level III or IV certification.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, with supervisory or branch-level leadership.
• Proven P&L or job profitability experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the branch P&L: revenue, margin, labor use and job costing.
• Schedule and develop a team of field techs and coordinate large jobs with sister branches.
• Walk jobs, build and review quotes, and grow key accounts.
• Audit test reports and field work for quality and safety.
• Hire, train and coach techs up through NETA levels.
