Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking a branch leader outside Nashville to own the P&L, drive growth, and manage safety and customer relationships. You will supervise field technicians, quote large jobs, and coordinate with sister branches to optimize profitability and service quality.

The role requires NETA Level III/IV certification, 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• NETA Level III or IV certification and hands-on field tech background.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, including supervisory or branch-level leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and to work flexible hours, weekends and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Own the branch P&L: revenue, margin, labor use and job costing.
• Schedule and develop a team of field techs, and coordinate large jobs with sister branches.
• Walk jobs, build and review quotes, and grow key accounts.
• Audit test reports and field work for quality and safety.
• Hire, train and coach techs up through NETA levels.
