The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a branch leader near Nashville to own P&L, grow the branch, and manage safety and customer relationships. You will lead a team of field techs, coordinate large projects with sister branches, and build strong client accounts while maintaining high quality standards.

Requires NETA Level III/IV certification, 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, and proven profitability experience.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance with supervisory or branch leadership.
• Proven P&L or job profitability experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and emergencies, and to travel as needed.

Aufgaben

• Own the branch P&L: revenue, margin, labor use and job costing.
• Schedule and develop a team of field techs and coordinate large jobs with sister branches.
• Walk jobs, build and review quotes, and grow key accounts.
• Audit test reports and field work for quality and safety.
• Hire, train and coach techs up to NETA levels.
• Travel up to 50%.
