You will drive service standards, manage controls, and support growth through sales execution while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes scheduling, staff development, and collaboration with leadership to achieve the Branch Business Plan and measurable performance goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related banking role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative sales skills; ability to build trust and client experience.
• Demonstrated supervisory and leadership capability; working knowledge of bank products, policies, and regulations.
• Requires active Nationwide Multistate Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration, or the ability to secure registration upon hire, and is contingent upon successful completion of a credit report review as part of the process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations including teller activities and account opening support.
• Schedule staff and ensure appropriate coverage; mentor and develop employees.
• Resolve client inquiries and guide to appropriate products and services.
• Maintain branch policies, fraud awareness, and regulatory compliance.
• Support branch business plan and performance reporting.
