Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related banking role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative sales skills.
• Demonstrated supervisory and leadership capability; working knowledge of bank products and procedures; regulatory awareness.
• NMLS registration required or ability to secure on hire; credit check may apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations including teller activities and account opening support.
• Ensure accurate, efficient transaction processing and consistent service standards.
• Schedule and coordinate staffing to ensure appropriate coverage and smooth daily operations.
• Mentor and coach staff to strengthen engagement and performance.
• Serve clients by resolving inquiries and guiding them to suitable products and services.
• Maintain branch policies and conduct regular reviews; support fraud awareness and risk controls.
• Assist in branch planning, reporting, and execution of the Branch Business Plan.
