Job summary

Republic & T.F. Ehrhart seeks a Branch Manager for the Springfield, MO branch. You will own daily operations, drive financial performance, oversee warehouse, delivery, inventory, training, safety, and building maintenance, while ensuring top-notch customer service.

You will lead a cross-functional team, work with accounting, HR, IT, and sales to meet company objectives, and report to the Vice President of Operations. This is a full-time on-site position at the Springfield branch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business discipline is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams).
• Excellent teamwork and leadership aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Own daily branch operations and team performance.
• Ensure outstanding customer service for internal and external customers.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Oversee warehouse operations, delivery services, inventory, and maintenance.
• Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and manage inventory turns.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with purchasing, sales, HR, IT and accounting.
