You will coach trainers, align programs with organizational goals, and drive performance through metrics, collaboration, and continuous improvement across departments. This is a full-time role based in Albuquerque.

Qualifications

• Expertise in training delivery and curriculum with understanding of financial institution operations.
• Ability to design, conduct, coordinate, maintain and measure training effectiveness.
• Proficiency in adult learning methodologies and delivery methods.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to plan and coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Effective presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership to mentor teams.
• Leadership and team development skills to foster high performance.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership, Coaching, and Development: mentor training staff and foster growth.
• Oversee daily training operations, staff schedules, workload, and priorities.
• Establish standards for instructional delivery and materials.
• Monitor trainer performance and provide actionable feedback.
• Partner with departments to identify training needs and develop programs.
• Develop metrics to evaluate learning outcomes and improve programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align training with organizational goals.
