Mariner Finance in North Carolina (Ridgewood area) seeks a Branch Lending Associate. The role offers a base pay of $22.60 per hour plus a monthly incentive based on performance.

You will provide quality service to customers, review loan applications, and contribute to meeting branch goals. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or four years related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to relocate and travel to nearby branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of related experience in Consumer Lending/Financial Services (substitution allowed).
• Strong communication (written & oral) and PC skills.
• Ability to meet duties/timeframes with accuracy.
• Willingness to relocate and travel to nearby branches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to existing and prospective loan customers.
• Meet branch goals related to sales of products and services.
• Review and approve loan applications using lending authority.
• Learn lending and collection duties through Branch Manager Training Program.
• Assist management with daily tasks to ensure strong customer service.
• Monitor expenses and assist in preparing branch income statements.
