The position includes participation in the Branch Manager Training Program and responsibilities that may include travel to other branches as needed. The role requires strong communication, reliable transportation, and flexibility to relocate if required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of related experience in Consumer Lending/Financial Services; military rank may substitute.
• Applicants must be willing to relocate and travel to surrounding branches as needed; reliable transportation.
• Effective communication (written & oral) and personal computer skills.
• Ability to complete duties timely and accurately.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and interpersonal skills in demanding situations.
• Must obtain licenses to sell insurance products offered at the branch.
• Must perform duties at assigned branch location unless emergency conditions apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to existing and prospective loan customers.
• Meet branch goals for sale of company products and services.
• Review and approve applications; offer loan solutions meeting customer needs.
• Participate in Branch Manager Training Program for leadership exposure.
• Assist management in daily tasks to ensure branch operates smoothly.
• Approve policy exceptions per management, using problem-solving skills.
• Proactively retain accounts by contacting customers about other products.
• Support Branch Manager in prioritization of tasks and financial reporting.
• Lead branch activities in the manager’s absence and coordinate daily operations.
