Job summary

Mariner Finance is hiring for a customer-facing, sales-driven role at our branch. You will help customers with credit loan applications, present loan solutions, and manage day-to-day branch operations while meeting performance targets.

The role requires 3+ years in customer service or sales (2+ in consumer lending), a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. Training, benefits, and clear advancement paths are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a customer service or sales position, with two (2) years in Consumer Lending/Financial Services and KPI achievement.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar programs with ability to learn financial services software.
• Must obtain applicable licenses to sell insurance products offered by the branch.
• Must perform duties at the assigned branch location.

Responsibilities

• Process credit loan applications and present loan solutions based on customer needs.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances to offer solutions.
• Maintain a cash drawer and deliver daily deposits as required.
• Meet or exceed branch goals related to the sale of company products and services.
• Assist the Branch Manager with reports and day-to-day operations.
• Maintain branch compliance and coordinate in manager’s absence.
