Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee all aspects of branch operations, from safety and compliance to customer service and profitability. You will drive growth through strategic sales management and client relationships while recruiting and developing branch staff.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of management experience in landscaping or a service-based industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Horticulture, or related field.
• 3–5 years of management experience in landscaping or a service-based industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and financial reports.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and operational compliance.
• Proven leadership in team development and performance management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and business software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations for safety, efficiency, and compliance.
• Lead sales and business development to grow revenue.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor P&L and forecast financial performance.
• Maintain facilities and ensure professional, safe work environment.
