Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC, in San Jose, CA, seeks a Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, safety, customer service, and profitability. You will lead strategic sales efforts, build client relationships, and ensure effective staff recruitment and training in line with company standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of management experience in landscaping or a service business, solid P&L knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Horticulture, or equivalent landscape experience.
• 3–5 years of management experience in landscaping or service industry.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and financial reports.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and compliance practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations for safety, efficiency, and compliance.
• Lead sales team and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Supervise and develop branch staff for service excellence.
• Manage branch P&L, revenues, expenses, and forecasting.
• Enforce EHS policies and promote a culture of safety.
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members.
