The role requires strong leadership, relationship building, and hands-on management of projects, budgets, and team development. A strategic mindset and proficiency with CRM and office tools are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership or management experience in landscaping or related services.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder relationships.
• Solid understanding of landscaping principles, materials, and practices; strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor branch team to achieve growth, safety, and service goals.
• Oversee branch operations, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet client expectations.
• Manage key client relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
• Develop and execute annual growth plans with Business Developers to expand revenue.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and profitability, implementing improvements as needed.
