BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, lead sales and client relationships, and ensure safety and profitability. The role focuses on developing a high-performing team and delivering excellent service to clients.

You will manage budgets, drive growth, and uphold BrightView standards across operations. The position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 3-5 years of management experience in landscaping, operations, or service-based industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and understand financial reports.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and operational compliance practices.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all branch operations ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with policies.
• Lead sales and business development to meet growth targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Supervise customer service and relationships to ensure high-quality service and retention.
• Manage branch P&L, including revenue, expenses, and financial forecasting.
• Ensure strict adherence to EHS policies and promote safety culture.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop branch staff; set performance expectations and provide coaching.
