Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager in Raleigh to lead a busy branch, deliver exceptional service, grow deposits and investments, and coach a team to success. You will manage operations and represent the brand with hospitality while enabling access to Chase's latest banking solutions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of management in retail banking, a high school diploma, and willingness to work weekends/evenings. Strong leadership and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
