You will use the Branch Scorecard to set strategy, uphold risk and controls, partner with local businesses, and represent the brand with integrity while guiding colleagues through training and growth.

This role requires weekend/evening hours and completion of the Branch Manager Training

Qualificações

• 2+ years of management or leadership in retail banking.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the branch team with a clear vision and uphold Chase culture values.
• Grow deposits and investments while managing branch operations.
• Coach and develop staff to drive performance and engagement.
• Foster strong risk management and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Build relationships with local businesses and the community to strengthen branch presence.
