Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a welcoming, high-performing team in a retail banking setting. You will drive deposits and investments growth, manage operations, and coach staff to deliver exceptional client experiences.

You will embody hospitality, leverage technology to serve clients, and ensure compliance with all policies while building strong relationships with local businesses and the community.

• You are experienced in creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment, you demonstrate a steadfast commitment to operational integrity and adherence to policies.
• You have a strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect your team, partners, and clients with technology, making it accessible and exciting for everyone involved.
• You have 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• You have the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to successfully grow deposits and investments.

• Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation.
• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and actively engage with the community.
• Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and protecting our company and clients, following policies and procedures.
