Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a Chase Branch, delivering hospitality and leadership to a diverse client and employee base. You will drive growth in deposits and investments, oversee operations, and coach your team to deliver exceptional service while upholding risk controls and regulatory requirements.

You will represent the brand in the community, introduce the latest banking solutions, and ensure a welcoming environment that puts clients and teammates first.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership with coaching experience and ability to grow deposits/investments.
• Ability to manage branch operations, risk controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Work weekends/evenings and travel for training as required.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
