Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a dynamic branch team, delivering exceptional service and hospitality to clients. You will drive deposits, investments, and operations while coaching staff to achieve targets in a fast-paced banking environment.

You will ensure risk and control integrity, stay compliant with regulatory requirements, and foster community relationships to strengthen the branch presence. A strong commitment to diversity and inclusion is expected.

Formación

• 2+ years of management or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead branch team with a clear vision and uphold Chase's Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage and Excellence values.
• Grow deposits and investments by using the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies.
• Prioritize client needs to build lasting relationships and trust.
• Coach and develop the team to achieve results and maintain high morale.
• Promote ongoing learning and development within the branch.
