Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or Chase leadership experience
• Experience in Retail Banking or equivalent
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
• Strong leadership and coaching track record
• Commitment to risk and control environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach branch team to achieve deposits and investments growth
• Deliver attentive, welcoming service and represent Chase culture
• Oversee branch operations and risk controls
• Develop and execute growth strategies using the Branch Scorecard
• Build relationships with local businesses and community
