Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a branch, delivering exceptional service, growing deposits and investments, and coaching a team to success. You will embody hospitality and the brand, while leveraging cutting-edge financial technology to meet client needs.

You will oversee operations, manage risk, and represent Chase in the community, with travel for training and meetings as required. This role requires weekend/evening availability and a relevant leadership background.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and coaching experience in a branch or retail setting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and develop growth plans.
• Strong decision-making and risk awareness in day-to-day operations.
• Experience improving client experience and building relationships.
• Comfort with new banking technology and digital solutions.
• 2+ years of management or Chase leadership experience.
