Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in retail banking or equivalent Chase leadership exposure.
• High school diploma or GED (or foreign equivalent).
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

• Lead and coach the branch team to deliver exceptional client service while achieving growth goals.
• Grow deposits and investments and manage day-to-day branch operations.
