Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a Chase branch, guiding staff to deliver excellent service and achieve growth in deposits and investments. You will represent the brand, coach the team, and ensure a strong risk-minded culture while delivering the latest banking solutions.

You will build relationships with clients and local businesses, manage operations, and drive a welcoming, high-performance environment that prioritizes integrity and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Preferred: college degree or military equivalent.
