Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager for our Dubuque, IA branch to lead daily operations, grow deposits and investments, and deliver attentive, hospitality-first client service that reflects Chase values.

You will coach a high-performing team, uphold rigorous risk controls, and represent the brand with integrity. You must be able to work weekends/evenings and have a high school diploma or GED; you will complete the Branch Manager Training Program and may travel for in-person training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on branch goals by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to grow deposits and investments.
• Prioritize understanding and meeting client needs to build lasting relationships and trust.

• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to stay ahead in the industry.
• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen branch presence and community engagement.
