Job summary

JPMorgan Chase’s Illinois branch is seeking a Branch Manager who will lead daily operations, deliver attentive service, and ensure a welcoming environment for clients and colleagues.

You will coach a diverse team, grow deposits and investments, manage risk, and represent the brand with hospitality while deploying the latest banking solutions.

This role requires weekend/evening hours and a strong commitment to compliance and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management in retail banking or Chase leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Experience growing deposits and investments.
• Knowledge of risk controls and policy adherence.
• Comfort with technology and digital banking tools.
