Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Branch Manager in West Des Moines to lead daily Branch operations, grow deposits and investments, and deliver exceptional client service. You will set the tone for a welcoming, high-performing team focused on integrity and regulatory compliance.

You will coach staff, manage risk, develop growth plans, and build relationships with local businesses while embracing Chase's culture of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience with coaching and team empowerment.
• Strong decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in risk and control environments and policy adherence.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends/evenings.
• Familiarity with NMLS and Safe Act/loan origination requirements.
