Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a Chase Branch, delivering attentive service and guiding the team to growth in deposits and investments.

You will manage operations, coach staff, and uphold our brand with hospitality, modern banking solutions, and fintech tools. The role requires strong leadership, a track record of coaching teams, and flexibility to work branch hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Availability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Be a motivating force for the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying our company’s culture and values of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence.
• Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to successfully grow deposits and investments.
• Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of our clients to build lasting relationships and trust.
• Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation.
• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and actively engage with the community.
• Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and protecting our company and clients, following policies and procedures.
