The role requires strong leadership, compliance with policies, and the ability to report accurately on branch performance. Responsibilities include setting growth goals with management, cross-selling, overseeing deposits and loans, staff development, and maintaining security and controls while upholding the bank's core values: Integrity, Humility,

Qualifications

• A.A.S. Degree or equivalent with banking education/training.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong math proficiency.
• Demonstrated integrity, humility, teamwork and excellence in performance.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise branch staff and operations, including cash handling, audits, and reporting.
• Support management in setting growth, sales and profit objectives for the office.
• Solicit new business and maintain relationships to cross-sell products.
• Monitor staff performance and conduct regular staff meetings.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts; may make loans with oversight.
• Travel to other branches in the area to provide support as needed.
