Community Bank, N.A., a unit of Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI), is seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee a small branch team and daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, driving growth, cross-selling services, managing reports, and maintaining compliance with banking policies. Qualifications include an A.A.S. degree, 4 years in banking, and a valid driver’s license; NMLS registration is required.

Qualifications

• A.A.S. Degree or equivalent; specialized banking education and training.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum four (4) years’ experience in related positions normally required.

Responsabilités

• Directly supervise the branch office and oversee service operations.
• Establish growth, sales, and profit objectives for the office and measure performance.
• Solicit new business and manage ongoing customer relationships to cross-sell services.
• Monitor staff performance and conduct regular staff meetings for engagement.
• Possess knowledge of consumer products and services to meet customer needs.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and internal controls; support staffing and scheduling.
