Qualifications

• A.A.S. Degree or equivalent; banking education and training.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Strong math and numerical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are required.
• Demonstrated integrity and teamwork in a banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the branch office and oversee service operations including transactions, cash handling and vault/audit tasks.
• Work with management to set growth, sales, and profit objectives and measure performance.
• Solicit new business and maintain relationships to optimize cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor sales and customer service performance and provide feedback to management.
• Maintain knowledge of consumer products/services to address customer needs.
• Supervise staff, conduct regular meetings, and manage staffing levels.
• Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, policies, and internal controls.
• Travel to other branches in the area to provide support and staffing as needed.
