Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience with 1 year leadership experience.
• OR a bachelor’s degree and 3 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience.
• OR MIT program completion with minimum 6 months applied MIT experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate the branch as a business owner, driving performance, profitability and growth.
• Lead branch operations with a focus on deposits growth and wealth referrals.
• Deliver exceptional service and build relationships through community partnerships.
• Ensure compliance, security, and regulatory adherence in all branch activities.
