Security Finance is seeking a hands-on Branch Manager in Seguin, TX, to lead a dynamic team, serve customers in person and over the phone, and ensure smooth loan processing and tax return completion. You will drive performance, maintain cash controls, and uphold regulatory compliance while delivering excellent service.

Qualificações

• Previous management experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• A valid state driver''s license and reliable vehicle.
• Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.
• Previous finance experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, lead, train, and manage branch employees.
• Maintain office cash with accuracy and security.
• Meet goals while providing outstanding customer service.
• Ensure prompt and accurate completion of the loan process and income tax returns.
• Maintain reporting and minimize delinquent debt through collection activities.
• Maintain compliance with lending regulations and Company policies.
