Job summary

Heritage Landscape Supply Group is hiring a Branch Manager in Matthews, NC to lead branch operations, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional service. You will oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and market expansion while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to meet sales targets and improve profitability across the branch network. Travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in landscape/irrigation/hardscape distribution.
• Proven track record of achieving operational and sales targets.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team development.
• Excellent analytical and financial analysis skills, including P&L.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory; equivalent experience acceptable.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background screening.

• Drive branch growth by aligning plans with corporate objectives to expand market presence.
