Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking a highly motivated Branch Manager to lead sales activities and daily operations in the Sacramento region. You will guide a team including a business development manager, account managers, and field personnel to deliver premier commercial landscape maintenance for high-profile communities and properties.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of landscape management experience, a related degree, and a proven record of leading other managers.

Qualifications

A landscape professional with an engaging leadership style.
Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture or related major strongly preferred; Associate's degree considered with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Planning & Scheduling Field and Support Operations to meet contractual specifications and exceed client expectations.
Communicating with Employees and Clients in person and via professional written documents.
Fostering Client Engagement.
Sales Management, to produce enhancements on existing properties and attract new ones.
Financial Management, to assure efficient and profitable use of resources.
