LandCare is seeking a Branch Manager to provide vision and leadership for the local market, owning the branch's landscape quality, client service, and retention. You will lead strong teams to deliver landscaping services, pursue new business, and drive safety and profitability.

You will manage budgets and bids, coordinate with Account and Production Managers, and promote growth through top customer relationships and market development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a field-service or operations environment.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
• Strong business acumen in budgeting, pricing, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and direction for branch goals and objectives.
• Develop growth plans and coach branch team members to improve performance.
