White Cap is hiring immediately for a Branch Manager to lead operations at an assigned location. You will be accountable for profit and loss, inventory and receivables, and staffing to meet service and financial goals.

You’ll build strong customer relationships, collaborate with leadership, monitor local market trends, and drive strategies to increase market share. This on-site role demands 7+ years in a related field and a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in branch management or related field.
• Wholesale distribution experience is preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for profit and loss and inventory/accounts receivable for assigned location(s).
• Safeguards company assets and associates; provides operational oversight.
• Ensures appropriate staffing levels and develops sales and operations expertise.
• Initiates and builds customer relationships with existing and new customers.
• Acts as liaison to leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Monitors local market trends and develops strategies to grow market share.
• Works with vendors to maximize sales and profitability.
• Ensures compliance with policies, safety and regulatory responsibilities.
