VCNB is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Ohio to support the Branch Manager in leading a full-service branch. You will drive sales and service, supervise staff, and ensure profitable operations while upholding the bank's mission and values.

You will participate in calling plans, develop new business, cross-sell products, manage accounts, monitor performance reports, coach employees, recruit and mentor staff, and assure compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• Manages a full-service branch and drives branch profitability and operations.
• Focuses 50% on Sales/Services, 30% on Management/Leadership, 20% on Operations.
• Participates in branch calling plan and actively calls on prospective and existing customers.
• Coaches and mentors staff to optimize customer experience and service standards.
• Participates in recruiting and interviewing to fill branch positions.

Responsabilités

• Assist Branch Manager with branch management, staff supervision, and operations.
• Open new accounts and cross-sell bank products/services to grow portfolio.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor production reports and coach staff to meet branch goals.
• Provide back-up support to Branch Manager and participate in special projects.
