Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant sales or customer service experience.
• Demonstrated leadership capability; prior supervisory or coaching experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and marketing-oriented sales skills.
• Comfort working in a performance-driven retail banking environment.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Owns and supports branch performance alongside the Branch Manager by driving retail growth, deposits, and customer acquisition.
• Engages customers with warmth and solution-focused conversations; resolves concerns and coaches team members to recommend banking products.
• Ensures consistent, high-quality service across teller, platform, and digital channels; promotes a technology-forward customer experience.
• Builds and maintains relationships with community members and local businesses to drive branch traffic and engagement.
• Upholds highest ethical standards, ensures regulatory compliance, and protects customer confidentiality.
• Acts as a visible leader, coaches staff through feedback and development; supports scheduling and workload management.
