Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum 1 year in a goal driven retail sales leadership role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Fingerprints background check required under NMLS regulations.
• Ability to recruit and hire staff and manage branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Managing portfolio of high value consumer and business customers.
• Leading team to provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank to meet customer needs, deepen relationships and build internal partnerships.
• Overseeing recruitment and ensuring market staffing aligns with Huntington's culture.
• Managing overall branch operations in line with policies, procedures and risk controls.
• Developing internal partnerships to drive business and community relationships.
