You will handle consumer and small business lending opportunities, open accounts, manage cash, and support tellers. This on-site role is at 3700 Lone Tree Way, Antioch, CA 94509, with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of teller or banking experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Consumer products and services.
• Demonstrated proficiency in consumer lending.
• Ability to obtain a Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry (NMLS) within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience under Breakthrough Client Experience Standards.
• Acquire new clients and expand relationships by assessing needs and referring to partners.
• Uncover and originate consumer lending and some small business lending opportunities.
• Open Consumer and Business accounts for existing and new clients.
• Originates consumer loans independently and accurately.
• Support the Teller by assisting with cash transactions when needed.
