Job summary

Columbia Bank in Monroe, WA is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team, deliver Breakthrough Client Service, and grow local relationships while managing P&L and expenses. The role requires strong banking knowledge and community leadership.

You will supervise staff, ensure compliance, and collaborate with Retail and cross-functional partners to provide client solutions; a background in consumer and business lending is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in banking, business, or related field preferred.
• 3 years of banking experience including consumer lending.
• 2 years of management experience in banking or retail including team leadership, coaching, daily supervision, performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates to deliver Breakthrough Client Service and establish the branch as the bank of choice in the local community.
• Grow relationships and branch portfolio; manage P&L and expenses.
• Coach performance and development; ensure staffing levels and audit readiness.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to provide client solutions in line with Retail strategy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with consumers, businesses, and community organizations.
